Alborz Art Center has 50 books on martyrs in production

According to the reporter of Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Karaj, Mohammad Mehrabi, head of the Alborz Art Center, explained the center’s programs during Book Week in a gathering with reporters on Thursday morning. He announced that the Soureh Mehr bookstore will soon open in Karaj, and the province’s specialized Sacred Defense library in the Nabuwat Park Literature, Culture and Art House is undergoing its final preparation stages.

He further added, referring to the Art Center’s supportive approach towards authors: In the process of producing written works, research, monitoring, and specialized mentoring are carried out, and the expert council of the Art Center supervises the improvement of the content quality of the works. Currently, close to 50 book titles focusing on martyrs and the Sacred Defense are under production.

The head of the Alborz Art Center emphasized the continuation of specialized meetings in the field of fictional literature and poetry in the province, stating: These meetings are held with the aim of paving the way for the creation of distinguished and committed works in the literary scene of Alborz.

Mehrabi also expressed hope that, with the cooperation of cultural and artistic figures, books will become one of people’s daily needs, and reading will be institutionalized as a cultural habit in society.
