“Private Hafez Reading” to be Reviewed

According to the correspondent of the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Mashhad, a specialized session for the critique and review of the book “Private Hafez Reading” will be held on Sunday, 25 Aban, coinciding with Book and Book Reading Week, hosted by the Armitaj branch of Nashr-e Cheshmeh Delshodegan in Mashhad.

Alireza Iranmehr and Somayyeh Seyedian will attend this session, with Hossein Abbaszadeh serving as its secretary.

The book “Private Hafez Reading,” written by Alireza Mahmoudi Iranmehr, was published by Nashr-e Cheshmeh in 1402 (Persian calendar year). This work, in the form of correspondence, delves into emotional experiences, memories, and the main character’s encounter with loss and love. Within this context, the poems of Hafez Shirazi have played a role as a spiritual refuge and a way to confront suffering and loneliness. “Private Hafez Reading” is a work that traverses the boundary between fiction and non-fiction, incorporating philosophical and existential concerns into romantic and everyday narratives by utilizing contemporary language.

The specialized critique and review session for the book “Private Hafez Reading” will be held on Sunday, 25 Aban, at 6 PM, coinciding with Book and Book Reading Week, in Mashhad, Haft Tir Blvd, Armitaj Golshan Commercial-Administrative Tower, 3rd floor, Unit 311, second branch of Nashr-e Cheshmeh Delshodegan Mashhad.
