Mohsen Javadi Appointed Head of the 37th Tehran International Book Fair

According to the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), quoting from the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the text of Seyed Abbas Salehi’s decree addressed to Mohsen Javadi states:

Considering the importance and pivotal role of the Tehran International Book Fair in the country’s cultural ecosystem, strengthening the publishing economy, expanding the culture of reading, promoting cultural justice, and enhancing domestic and international cultural interactions, and given your valuable knowledge and experiences, you are appointed as the “Head of the 37th Tehran International Book Fair”.

It is hoped that by appropriately utilizing the capacities of scholars in the field of publishing and literary figures of the country, and making optimal use of the capabilities of the Deputy for Cultural Affairs and the Iran Book and Literature House Institute, you will be successful and affirmed in achieving the goals of this great cultural event and its proper execution.
