Exhibition of Constitutional Documents from the Constitutional Revolution to the Islamic Revolution

According to Iran’s Book News Agency (IBNA), an exhibition of constitutional documents, featuring a selection from the Constitutional period to the Islamic Revolution, will be displayed from November 30 to December 3 at the National Documents Department of the National Archives and Library of Iran.

The “Constitutional Documents” exhibition is being held to commemorate Constitution Week, in cooperation with the Constitutional Affairs Department of the Presidential Legal Affairs Office. This program presents a collection of prominent documents from the Constitutional, Pahlavi, and Islamic Revolution eras for researchers and interested individuals.

This exhibition features 31 titles and 61 pages of documents, including the Constitutional Decree, the Constitutional Law and its supplement, and documents related to the drafting process of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic. These works reflect parts of the evolution of Iran’s fundamental law over the past century.

The “Constitutional Documents” exhibition is designed to provide direct access to authentic sources of fundamental law and to strengthen society’s historical understanding, offering the opportunity to view key documents in the formation and amendment of the country’s foundational laws.

The “Constitutional Documents” exhibition is hosted at the National Documents Department of the National Archives and Library of Iran, located in Tehran, Haqqani Expressway (East to West), at the corner of Koosha Street, National Archive Building.
