The lamp of knowledge, by God’s permission, will never be extinguished
According to Khabaronline news agency, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, the statement of Sepah Qamar Bani Hashem (PBUH) on the occasion of Book and Reading Week is as follows:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
“Nun, and by the pen and what they inscribe”
Regarding the value of the book, it is enough that Almighty God sent prophets with books – “We sent down with them the Book” – for humanity’s transformation from ignorance to rationality, and swore by writing and the pen. We are proud that our beloved Islam gave the highest honor and value to knowledge and scholars.
The Great Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was able to expand the dominion and hegemony of Islam with knowledge and rationality.
If we want a progressive and respectable society, it is incumbent upon us to read books.
Books and reading are a means for transferring cultural reserves to future generations, which we must cherish.
Beneficial knowledge has made us the rulers of the world throughout history, and the cultural dominance of Islam, from the era of the Prophet, has been shaped by knowledge and books.
Although light-fleeing bats always lack tolerance for beneficial scientists and scholars and try to extinguish these bright lamps – as we saw an example of their cruelty towards nuclear scientists and other innocent scholars in the 12-day imposed war – the lamp of knowledge, by God’s permission, will never be extinguished.
While commemorating Book and Reading Week, to the kings of knowledge and wisdom and students of the path of Sharia, we hope to traverse this great path in the best possible way by promoting books and reading, and to promote this obligation with all our might.
