The Memoir of Another Student Who Seized the Embassy Has Been Published

According to Khabaronline News Agency, quoting Mehr, a review session for the book “Beyond the Wall” was held at the Art Bureau. This book contains the memoirs of Habibollah Bitaraf regarding the seizure of the “Den of Espionage” (US Embassy), and it was reviewed by experts on the eve of the anniversary of this event. Habibollah Bitaraf (one of the students following the Imam’s line / narrator), Mohammad Mahboubi (writer), Hassan Beheshtipour (international affairs expert), Saeed Fakhrzadeh (researcher and writer), Hamid Qazvini (researcher and writer), and a group of members from the Islamic Revolution Narration Club were present at the Saffarzadeh Hall for this session.

At the beginning of the session, Bitaraf, while explaining the preliminaries of collecting and writing the book, said: “Naturally, after several years have passed since that event, if someone intends to write in this field, the existing historical memory is much more limited than the narrative that existed in people’s minds twenty years ago. Nevertheless, this work has been completed with the background mentioned.”
