Poster of the 33rd Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran Published
According to the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), quoting the news headquarters of the 33rd Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the eve of this cultural event, its official poster, designed by Seyed Khalil Yousefi, a graphic artist and calligrapher, with art direction by Davood Arsooni, has been published.
In this work, the map of Iran appears not as a geographical frame, but as a body born from words; words such as ‘Book,’ ‘Iran,’ and ‘Persian Gulf,’ which, through repetition and texture, form the visual structure of the poster and embed the slogan of this edition within themselves.
By blending the concepts of book and Iran, the designer has presented an image of the homeland where reading and thinking are the steadfast pillars of cultural and spiritual borders; borders that are built with words and kept alive by culture. This poster is a visual statement that, with simplicity and depth, shows that our national identity and territorial integrity are shaped not only within geographical boundaries but also within the fabric of words, culture, and literature.
The poster file has been uploaded to the event’s website at hafteyeketab.ketab.ir and is accessible to interested parties. Other designs, including the slogan’s typography, horizontal versions of the poster, posters in special formats for virtual spaces, and promotional-advertisement designs, will also be published on this system.
According to IBNA, the 33rd Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the slogan ‘Let’s Read for Iran,’ will be held from November 14 to 20, 2025.
