“In Search of Jim”; a successful experience of book diplomacy

According to Mehr News Agency, the book ‘In Search of Jim,’ which is a narrative of the life and humanitarian activities of the Australian James Arthur Morris in Iran, has been published by ‘Rah-e Yar’ Publications and released to the book market.

This book is Naser Naderi’s account of the efforts of this Australian Christian citizen to find the grave of his martyred friend, the missing-in-action Seyyed Mohammad (Jamal) Razavi, and to help people in deprived areas of Iran.

Naser Naderi, the author of the book, is a writer, researcher, and documentarian in the field of the Holy Defense. He previously wrote the book ‘I am Alive’ based on the narration of Masoumeh Abad about her captivity during the imposed war, which became one of the best-selling books in the country.

James Arthur Morris, or Jim, is a religious man who has been living in Iran for years. The story of his acquaintance with Jamal Razavi, an Iranian fighter, and his emotional connection to this noble martyr is a fascinating one. Now, many know Jim in Iran and he is beloved, but his efforts to find his martyred friend are a compelling subject for a book.

Jim, the Australian Christian who became acquainted with Muslim fighters during the war, has been trying for years to find the resting place of his missing-in-action friend. Jim not only served as a medic and aid worker on the front lines but also engaged in many charitable activities, from building schools and health centers to providing aid in earthquake-stricken areas. He learned Farsi and even delivered speeches for the fighters.

The book ‘In Search of Jim’ has been published in 272 pages, with a print run of one thousand copies, and is priced at 160,000 Tomans.
