Creative Librarianship Method in Hormozgan Science and Technology Park

According to the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), this librarianship method, named “A Library for Every Company,” has been implemented by the central library of the Hormozgan Science and Technology Park. It involves donating bookshelves to technology and creative companies with the aim of providing easy access to books for colleagues, promoting a culture of reading, and making optimal use of employees’ free time.

According to this report, any technology and creative company that requests to join this library will receive a bookshelf after completing a form, and new books will be sent to them weekly based on members’ requests.

The central library of the Hormozgan Science and Technology Park officially began its activities in 2018 and currently holds over 1,100 volumes on various topics including entrepreneurship, business, management, psychology, literature, history, religion, and science.
