The people of Kurdistan province have demonstrated their exceptional hospitality in hosting the 47th National Quran Competition for Endowments and Charity Affairs. This significant religious and cultural event, centered on the Holy Quran, is currently underway in Sanandaj, the provincial capital.

This year’s competition, featuring a record number of participants, has brought together 380 Quranic reciters, memorizers, and interpreters from across Iran. They are competing in various categories, showcasing their profound understanding and mastery of the Divine Word.

Officials and organizers have lauded Kurdistan’s spiritual atmosphere and its suitability for hosting such a prestigious Quranic gathering.
