Kanoon Released ‘The Sky is More Sky-like Than Ever’ to the Market
The Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (Kanoon) has published and released “The Sky is More Sky-like Than Ever,” written by Nushin Safakhah and illustrated by Hediye Sadat Nayyeri.
According to Mehr News reporter, “The Sky is More Sky-like Than Ever” is the newest storybook from Kanoon for the age group “above 6 years old.” This 24-page book has been printed in 2,500 copies and is priced at 30,000 Tomans.
The story is a dialogue between a grandfather and grandson sitting atop a mountain, each observing and describing the sky from their own perspective.
Based on this report, Nushin Safakhah, the author of this book, was born in Tehran in 1981. She holds a master’s degree in graphic design and began her activities in children’s and young adult literature in 2006.
Hediye Sadat Nayyeri, the illustrator of this book, was also born in 1981 in Isfahan. She holds a master’s degree in graphic design and started her work in illustration in 2006.
