Fars Library Projects Accelerate

Shiraz – The Director-General of the Public Libraries Foundation of Fars province announced the acceleration of construction and development projects for libraries in the province.

According to Ibna reporter, Kourosh Ahmadi told reporters: ‘This year, several important projects including the construction, renovation, and equipping of public libraries in various areas of Fars are underway and progressing rapidly.’

He added: ‘Our goal is to increase per capita library space and easier public access to study resources. Diverse cultural programs are also planned to attract various segments of society to libraries.’

Ahmadi, referring to the cooperation of various bodies, stated: ‘The support of provincial and national officials plays a crucial role in advancing these goals, and we hope to witness significant growth in reading culture in Fars with the completion of these projects.’
