Book Week Kicks Off in Fars with Unveiling of New Works and Book Donation Scheme

32nd National Book Week Inaugurated in Fars Province

The 32nd National Book Week officially commenced in Fars province, marked by a series of cultural and literary events aimed at promoting reading and supporting local authors.

During the inauguration ceremony, the Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Fars Province highlighted the significance of book week in fostering intellectual growth and cultural development within the community.

Key activities planned for the week include:

  • Unveiling of 15 New Books: A special ceremony was held to introduce 15 new literary and academic works authored by various writers from Fars province, covering a range of genres and subjects.
  • Book Donation Campaign: A province-wide book donation scheme has been launched, aiming to collect and distribute books to underserved areas and establish small libraries in 25 cities across Fars.
