670 Book Titles Sent to the Secretariat of the 6th Selected University Book Festival

Hassan Muslimi Naeini, the head of Jahad Daneshgahi (Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research), announced at a press conference for the 6th Selected University Book Festival on Tuesday, August 27th: “The Selected University Book Festival is being held for the sixth time. Last year, around 500 books were sent to the festival’s secretariat, and this year, 670 book titles have been submitted.”

He added: “This year, for the first time, we have a section for student dissertations. Another new section in this festival is dedicated to ‘Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies’. The closing ceremony of the festival will be held in November, coinciding with Book Week.”

Muslimi Naeini also mentioned that works from 110 publishers have been submitted to the secretariat.
