Call for the Fifth Ba’that Festival Published

According to the correspondent of the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), the Ba’that Festival is a valuable opportunity to honor the prophetic message, promote the compassionate culture of Islam, and re-examine the humanizing message of Ba’that through the elegant medium of poetry.

The festival’s themes are derived from various aspects of the character and mission of the Holy Prophet (PBUH); from praising the Great Prophet (PBUH) to introducing him as a role model of ethics and a symbol of unity for the Islamic nation. Also, themes such as the role of Ba’that in shaping an Islamic lifestyle, the jihad of explanation, rationality and civilization building, the behavioral conduct of the Prophet (PBUH) in society, and inspiring the spirit of resistance and steadfastness are among the main sections of this edition of the festival.

All participants must submit their works exclusively through the official system of the Imamate and Mahdaviat Institute at emamat.iau.ir. Registering the work in this system is an absolute condition for participating in the festival. The deadline for submitting works has been set for January 3, 2026 (13th of Dey 1404), and participants should not postpone registering their works until the final days.

The closing ceremony and announcement of the winners will be held on February 3, 2026 (14th of Bahman 1404), with the attendance of cultural figures, religious poets, and university officials.
