Unveiling the Life of Brigadier General Martyr Mehdi Bakeri in ‘Come and Watch’
According to Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), quoting the Center for Documentation, Research, and Publication of Holy Defense Knowledge and Basij Mobilization Corps’ Endeavors, the unveiling ceremony of the book “Come and Watch,” which narrates the life of Brigadier General Martyr Mehdi Bakeri, the brave commander of the 31st Ashura Division during the Holy Defense era, will be held on Tuesday, December 2 (the 11th of Azar), at 10 AM in the assembly hall of this center, with the presence of the martyr’s esteemed family, the book’s author, and a group of researchers, scholars, and veterans of the Holy Defense.
This book, supported by Marzoboum Publishing of the Center for Documentation, Research, and Publication of Holy Defense Knowledge and Basij Mobilization Corps’ Endeavors, is authored by Mohammad Sadegh Darvishi. It is written in eight chapters and 816 pages, narrating the life story and biography of this esteemed martyr from his childhood, revolutionary struggles, efforts in safeguarding the revolution, the Holy Defense era, and finally his martyrdom in Operation Badr in 1963 as the commander of the 31st Ashura Division.
