The 33rd Event Train Departs from Oz

According to the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), quoting the news headquarters of the 33rd period of the Islamic Republic of Iran Book Week, the opening ceremony of this period will be held at 4 PM today (Friday, November 14, 2025) in Oz county, Iran’s Book Capital.

Mohsen Javadi, Deputy Minister of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Ebrahim Heidari, CEO of the Iran House of Books and Literature and Secretary of Book Week, along with a group of officials from Fars province and Oz city, will ring the opening bell for the 33rd Book Week in the Emperor Hall of this city.

The 33rd period of the Islamic Republic of Iran Book Week, with the slogan ‘Let’s Read for Iran,’ will be held from November 15 to November 21 (2025).
