The work of a poet from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari was selected as a winner in the fifth National Congress of Poetry of Hazrat Mother
According to Khabaronline News Agency from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, the Public Relations Manager of the General Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance stated that the closing ceremony of the fifth National Congress of Poetry of Hazrat Mother, held on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (S.A.), took place in the central library hall of Isfahan Municipality. A group of national religious poets attended the event, where Master Homayoun Alidousti, a fellow provincial poet, was honored as one of the winners of this literary event.
Firoz Safavi added that the Islamic Propaganda Office of Isfahan founded this national literary congress in 1400 [Solar Hijri calendar year] to elevate religious poetry beyond simple praise and elegy, connecting it to civilization building, religious education, and culture creation.
According to him, the themes for the fifth edition of this literary event included Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (S.A.) and Hazrat Fatemeh bint Asad (S.A.), a special section on childbearing, maternal heritage, and the model of holy mothers in sustaining faith, nurturing generations, and building Islamic civilization. Participating poets submitted their works to the secretariat of the National Congress of Poetry of Hazrat Mother based on these themes.
It is worth mentioning that in the closing ceremony of this event, in addition to honoring Master Homayoun Alidousti as the chosen poet, five other poets from the cities of Qom, Mashhad, and Tehran were also honored. Additionally, two poets received the status of commendable poets, and four poets earned the special commendation title for seminary students.
The unveiling of four volumes of religious poetry collections, compiled by Master Abbas Shahzeidi (Khoroush Esfahani), constituted another part of the closing ceremony of the fifth National Congress of Poetry of Hazrat Mother.
