Review and Introduction of the Book ‘Cinema of Sergei Parajanov’ at House of Cinema

According to the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), the fourth cinematic book review session will feature a review of the book ‘Cinema of Sergei Parajanov, this filmmaker, poet, puppeteer, documentarian, fabulist, and magician’ written by Robert Safarian. The event is organized by the Association of Cinema Instructors in collaboration with the House of Cinema and Gilgamesh Publishing.

The program will be held on Monday, December 15th from 17:00 to 20:00 at the Seifollah Dad Hall of House of Cinema No. 1 (South Bahar St., Semnan Alley).

In this session, Masih Nowruzi, cinema researcher and instructor, and Mohsen Rezaei, screenwriter and cinema instructor, along with the author of the book, will discuss various aspects of the work and talk about the aesthetic and historical features of Parajanov’s creations.

Attendance is open to the general public.
