Houshang Moradi Kermani underwent surgery

According to Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), Houshang Moradi Kermani, a writer and continuous member of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature, underwent surgery on Thursday (20 Azar) to install a battery in his chest, following consultations with a group of specialists. He had been hospitalized last Sunday in one of Tehran’s hospitals due to a worsening heart condition.

He is currently in the intensive care unit and will be discharged from the hospital soon.

According to IBNA; quoting the public relations of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature, we wish Professor Houshang Moradi Kermani health and long life.
