Educational Capsule; Explaining a Healthy Family in Daily Steps of Faith, Science, and Love
According to the Mobalegh Think and Culture website, the book ‘Educational Capsule’, a new work by Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Alireza Tarashion, was published by Heyat Publications; a practical work in the field of child-rearing, compiled and published by a group of servants from the Heyat Beit al-Nabi (PBUH).
The servants of Heyat Beit al-Nabi (PBUH), following the emphases of the Supreme Leader on the importance of the family issue and his expression that ‘the family is like a condensed capsule of society; if this capsule is healthy, society remains healthy,’ decided to pursue their explanatory mission, which is the inherent duty of a religious congregation, in a new format. With a sense of responsibility towards educating the future generation, they brought this explanatory path into homes in a new form; with simple, scientific, and faithful language to assist parents in raising their children.
The ‘Educational Capsule’ consists of seven chapters and examines various dimensions of upbringing across several main axes:
- Three periods of child development (love and play, order and learning, independence and responsibility)
- raising girls and boys
- parenting before childbirth
- and raising a generation for the future.
In this book, the author has explained upbringing in today’s language and based on the daily realities of families; in the form of a clinical book with precise and implementable solutions for effective communication between parents and their children.
One of the important goals in designing and publishing the book ‘Educational Capsule’ is to revive the joy of reading among parents, especially mothers.
Given the daily preoccupations and the difficulty of regular reading for many families, the structure of this work is designed such that each page contains a short, practical, and precisely implementable tip for daily life.
The beautiful graphic design and attractive layout of the book transform reading into a pleasant experience; such that readers can, with just a few minutes of reading each day, feel peace, learning, and educational progress.
This feature transforms the ‘Educational Capsule’ from a merely instructional book into a daily companion for parents with educational concepts; a step towards restoring joy, meaning, and connection between humans and books in today’s family environment.
The present book, drawing upon authentic Islamic sources and findings in developmental psychology, strives to be a practical and indigenous guide for all parents on the challenging path of optimal upbringing; a new method for linking faith with science and love in daily life.
This book is printed in 400 pages, in two colors, and in Vaziri format.
