On the sidelines of the first day of Omid Media Cup; Khatt-e Amin National Book Reading Campaign was unveiled

According to Khabar Online Khuzestan, Brigadier General Ali Maghavasaz, Deputy Cultural Affairs of Basij Organization, explained about the ‘Khatt-e Amin National Event,’ which is a book reading campaign: This campaign is based on recommended books; that is, books that the Supreme Leader has recommended, and their study and annotation have been advised to people.

He added: This event started in 1403 (Persian calendar year) and initially featured six books, with nearly 945,000 people from all over the country participating in it.

The Deputy Cultural Affairs of Basij Organization emphasized: One of the features of this event is the participation of various segments of society; from students and university professors to workers, seminary students, university students, men and women, children and teenagers. Also, this event was held in all geographical points of Iran; from the farthest points of the southeast to the northwest of the country.

Brigadier General Maghavasaz continued: This year, as a continuation of this campaign, seven new books from the works of the Supreme Leader have been selected, which have recently been taught. Three of these books will be unveiled tomorrow. This week, the books will be presented to the public campaign, and simultaneously, a competition and public reading will be held across the country.
