“Media Prompt Engineering” Unveiled
Religion and Thought Service of Iran Book News Agency (IBNA): At the 360th Zarringhalam meeting, the unveiling of the book “Media Prompt Engineering” by Elaheh Khansari will take place on Monday, November 16, 2025, at 3 PM, in the Younes Shokrkhah Amphitheater of the Media Cultural Center.
This meeting will be held at the Media Cultural Center with the presence of Afsaneh Mozaffari, faculty member of the Communications Department at Islamic Azad University – Science and Research Branch, and Leila Vesali, CEO of the Iranian Media Literacy Association.
This work is the first localized book in Iran on prompt engineering with a completely practical approach for media activists. The book is not merely a technical training, but a guide for entering the future-oriented ecosystem of journalism; a world where journalists, more than ever, must be able to speak the language of smart tools and quickly extract meaning, truth, and news value from vast amounts of data. “Prompt Engineering for Journalists” is a response to an urgent need to empower media professionals for effective dialogue with artificial intelligence.
This book, with practical language and a cohesive structure, familiarizes you step-by-step with the principles, techniques, and nuances of prompt engineering; from producing fast and accurate content to designing deep analyses, from complex statistical reports to interviews that aim for greater depth.
Whether you are at the beginning of your professional journey or have years of experience, this book is for you. Its content will be useful not only for journalists and editors but also for media managers, communication students, and all those who contemplate the future of media.
The book “Media Prompt Engineering” has been published by Fars News Agency Publications and released to the market in its first print run of 500 copies in 2025. Alireza Zamani was responsible for editing the work, and Seyed Mohammad Miri managed its technical aspects.
Elaheh Khansari, the author of this work, is one of the prominent figures in media education and media literacy in the country, and in recent years, she has played a significant role in linking journalism and artificial intelligence.
