A Meeting on ‘Promoters and Pathology of Book Promotion Methods’ Will Be Held

Zahra Yaghoubi, a member of the board of directors of the Cultural Association of Children and Young Adult Book Publishers, stated in an interview with an Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) reporter, referring to the association’s programs during Book Week: “Simultaneously with Book Week, a meeting on the topic of promoters and the pathology of book promotion methods will be held by the Cultural Association of Children and Young Adult Book Publishers.”

She continued: “In this meeting, the advertising, introduction, and promotion of books and reading by book promoters on virtual pages will be discussed.”

Yaghoubi stated that this meeting will be held in person, saying: “Majid Teimouri (expert and host), Samira Rastgarpour (book promoter), and Mostafa Qajar (manager of the Ketabduni virtual page) will be present at this meeting.”

The meeting ‘Promoters and Pathology of Book Promotion Methods’ will be held on Tuesday, Aban 27th, from 16:00 to 18:00 at the Cultural Association of Children and Young Adult Book Publishers.

The 33rd period of the Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the slogan ‘Let’s Read for Iran,’ will be held from Aban 24th to 30th, 1404.
