Call for the National Festival of Ayat Children’s and Youth Poetry Published
According to Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Hamedan, the National Festival of Ayat Children’s and Youth Poetry began its work with the publication of its call for entries.
This festival is organized by the Quran and Etrat Unit of the provincial Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the Montazeran Mahdi (AJ) Quranic Institute in Hamedan.
Participants in this festival will compose poetry in two sections: one for children and adolescents aged 8 to 18, and a special section focusing on Nahj al-Balagha.
Interested individuals can submit up to 5 works in each section, on topics such as divine knowledge and poetic descriptions of wisdom-filled themes and teachings from the Quran and Etrat, steadfastness, resilience, patience, prayer, hijab and chastity, enjoining good and forbidding evil, social harms, youth population, and family, until the end of Azar (December).
The closing ceremony of this festival will be held in the second half of Bahman 1404 (February 2026).
