An association in Ardabil issued a call for collecting psychology and lifestyle books.

The director of this association, in an interview with the correspondent of Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Ardabil, stated: With the aim of creating a platform for introducing authors in the fields of lifestyle, mental health, family, and life skills, and also familiarizing people with meaningful psychology books, works produced in this field are being collected.

Behzad Hejvari, stating that with the modernization of the world today, the problem of humanity, especially in developing societies, is the lack of scientific and principled familiarity with lifestyle and life skills, said: This project provides an opportunity to promote reading, enhance public awareness, exchange experiences, and strengthen the network of authors and enthusiasts in educational and cultural fields.

The director of the non-governmental organization “Farday-e Aram va Roshan-e Zendegi” (Tomorrow’s Calm and Bright Life) continued: The collected books will be introduced to the audience in a conference titled “Avay-e Ketab 1404” (Sound of Book 1404) with the presence of authors and writers, and each writer will speak about their book for three minutes.

Hajvari added: In this conference, with the provision of educational workshops and publishing facilities, special support will be given to novice authors in the process of writing and publishing their works. Also, book signings and friendly gatherings between authors, introduction of books along with mentioning publisher names, and appreciation of active publishers are among the programs considered for this conference.

This cultural and social activist stated that 24 works produced this year by 5 active authors from the province have reached the secretariat of the non-governmental organization, and added: Publishers and authors can submit their produced books in the fields of psychology and lifestyle, along with the name of the writer or author, book title, and contact number to the office of the non-governmental organization “Farday-e Aram va Roshan-e Zendegi” in Ardabil, and for coordination, contact 09143507274.
