According to the correspondent of Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Mashhad, the book “Strong Mind, Strong Body,” authored by Mehrnoush Sarani, a Balochi sportswoman and former national football and shooting team player, was published by Mantreh Publications in Mashhad.

The book “Strong Mind, Strong Body” is a fusion of exercise science, sports psychology, and the author’s lived experience in building true strength—a strength that begins in the mind and manifests in the body.

Mehrnoush Sarani, as the first Balochi sportswoman and a young coach who, at 25, has transformed her professional journey into words, redefines the boundary between body and mind in this work from the perspective of an athlete, coach, and a person in search of balance.

“Strong Mind, Strong Body” is not just about sports; it’s about the inner resilience of a person who rises again from the ground in any situation. In each chapter, the reader becomes familiar with scientific concepts of focus, self-discipline, mental reconstruction, and the mind’s power over physical performance, yet the book’s language remains intimate, inspiring, and practical.

This work serves as a bridge between psychology and physiology, between thought and action, between the inner self and the face we present to the world.

Mehrnoush Sarani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences and is a coach in bodybuilding, fitness, rifle and pistol shooting, TRX, and a referee in football and powerlifting. She is also the Vice-President of the Fitness Challenge Committee of Sistan and Baluchestan Province and the Secretary of the Powerlifting Association of Sistan and Baluchestan.

The book “Strong Mind, Strong Body,” authored by Mehrnoush Sarani and edited by Mahsa Marziar, was released in the autumn of 1404 (Persian calendar, corresponding to late 2025 in the article’s context) in 72 pages, quarto size, and priced at 250,000 Tomans by Mantreh Publications in Mashhad.
