Book Fair Held in Ilam

Ilam – The grand Ilam Book Fair opened at the Ilam City Grand Mosalla with the presence of national and provincial publishers and an enthusiastic public reception.

According to Ibna reporter, at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Ilam Province said: ‘This exhibition has been organized with the aim of promoting reading culture and providing easier access for people to new publications.’

He added: ‘More than 200 publishers from across the country and Ilam province are participating in this cultural event, and over 50,000 book titles on various subjects are being offered.’

This exhibition will welcome book enthusiasts for one week, with side programs such as book launch sessions, storytelling workshops, and reading competitions also being held. Special discounts for book purchases have also been arranged.
