End of the Fifth National Children’s Poetry Festival of Iran with the Introduction of the Best
The Fifth National Children’s Poetry Festival of Iran concluded in Yazd with the introduction and honoring of its winners.
According to Iran Book News Agency (IBNA), the closing ceremony of the Fifth National Children’s Poetry Festival of Iran was held in Yazd with the presence of officials and a large number of enthusiasts in children’s and young adult poetry and literature.
At this ceremony, Fatemeh Shafiei was introduced as the winner in the classical poetry section. Also, Mohammad Moradi and Maryam Eslami won top ranks in the modern poetry and toddler poetry sections, respectively.
Special Section of the Festival
- In the special section of this festival, three selected works were introduced without priority.
- The jury expressed satisfaction with the quality of the submitted works.
This festival was held with the aim of promoting reading culture and improving the quality of children’s poetry.
