Top Prize Of JQA Contest Won By Iranian Girl


12-year-old Iranian girl Nasrin Mahboub was granted top prize at the international section of the 18th JQA International Environmental Children›s Drawing Contest in JapanAccording to correspondent quoting from the
public relations office of Iran’s Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (ICDCYA) as well as Nasrin Mahboub from Ardebil province, 3 other members of ICDCYA, 11-year-old Maedeh Aslanlou from Zanjan, 10-year-old Fatemeh Javanmardi and Hassan Hosseini from Isfahan won an honorary diploma at the international section. The JQA International Environmental Children›s Drawing Contest intends to give an opportunity for children of the future generation to become more aware of their global environment through drawing picture under the theme of the environment of our Earth. ICDCYA participated at the competition with 265 works from different cities of Iran. Over 17,000 works from 96 countries were submitted to the 18th JQA International Environmental Children’s Drawing Contest.
