Self-Help Kashkool in Jabalqa
Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) – The book “Self-Help Kashkool in Jabalqa” written by Ahmad Mohammadpour was unveiled at a ceremony, where the author provided explanations about its content.
According to an IBNA reporter, Ahmad Mohammadpour stated at the ceremony, held with the presence of many book and culture enthusiasts: “‘Self-Help Kashkool in Jabalqa’ is an effort to provide practical solutions for self-help and individual self-improvement. This book invites the reader on an inner journey with an integrated approach of psychology, mysticism, and literature.”
He added: “The title ‘Jabalqa’ is derived from ancient Persian texts and symbolizes the inner world and the unknown existence within every human being. The main goal is for the reader, by discovering this inner Jabalqa, to realize their hidden potentials and pursue the path of personal growth.”
Mohammadpour, noting that he utilized numerous sources and personal experiences in writing this work, stated: “We live in a world where individuals face a lot of psychological pressure. This book can be a guide for managing these pressures and achieving inner peace.”
The author continued his speech by emphasizing the importance of practical exercises and persistence in the path of self-improvement, explaining: “The concepts presented in the book are not merely theoretical; rather, practical exercises and solutions are provided for application in daily life.”
At the end of the ceremony, a Q&A session was held, and Ahmad Mohammadpour answered attendees’ questions about the book’s details and self-help methods. This book has been published by Nashr Pishrafteh Publications in 150 pages.
