Femina 2025 Award Finalists Announced; Elif Shafak on the List

Mehr News Agency, Culture and Art Group: The final nominees for the Femina Award in various literary categories, including novel, essay, and poetry, for 2025 have been announced.

The jury of this prestigious award, one of France’s most prominent literary prizes, published the names of the authors and their works.

Elif Shafak, the renowned Turkish-British author, has been shortlisted in the novel category for her new novel ‘The Book That Was Never Published’.

Other prominent authors on the final list include Jean-Christophe Grangé for his novel ‘Dark Mirror’ and Anaïs Vogel for her poetry collection ‘Hidden Whispers’.

The Femina Award is presented annually to the best literary works written in French, but in the foreign novel section, works by authors from around the world are also considered.

The award ceremony will be held in November in Paris.
