Closing Ceremony of the Second Cultural-Literary Event ‘Rouhollah Award’ Held in Khomein

According to the reporter of the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Arak, the Director General of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults of Markazi province said at the ceremony: More than 300 works in seven categories, including storytelling and podcasting, calligraphy, story and poetry, poster design, photo captions, and the student section, were submitted to the event secretariat. After judging, the selected works were introduced and honored.

Ehsan Mansouri added: Educational workshops for this event were also held in cooperation with the Art Bureau and the General Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Markazi province before the closing ceremony.

Vahid Baratizadeh, the governor of Khomein, also stated that the purpose of holding this cultural-literary event was to explain the personality dimensions and transfer the political and artistic thought of Imam Khomeini (RA) to the young generation. He said: The ‘Rouhollah Award’ has the capacity to expand to a national level and increase the number of participating categories.

At the end of the ceremony, with the reading of the jury’s statement and the performance of cultural and literary programs, the winners were honored with certificates of appreciation and prizes.
