Ramsar’s Enduring Figures Honored (Film)

A ceremony was held in Ramsar to honor several prominent figures whose lasting contributions have enriched the city’s cultural and scientific landscape. The event, attended by local officials, artists, and scholars, recognized individuals across various fields, including literature, science, and public service.

Among those celebrated was Dr. Ali Reza Ahmadi, a renowned historian and author of several works on Mazandaran’s local history. His efforts in documenting the region’s heritage were particularly highlighted. Also recognized was Ms. Sara Mohammadi, a beloved poet whose lyrical verses often draw inspiration from the Caspian Sea and the lush landscapes of Ramsar. Her recent collection, “Echoes of the Green Shore,” was briefly mentioned for its impact on contemporary Persian poetry.

Emphasizing Cultural Preservation

The Mayor of Ramsar, during his address, emphasized the importance of preserving the city’s rich cultural identity and supporting its creative minds.
