Call for the Fourth ‘My Book’ Festival in Hormozgan Published

According to the correspondent of the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Bandar Abbas, Mohammad Mirdadi announced the holding of the fourth provincial ‘My Book’ festival for toddlers, children, and teenagers in Hormozgan.

The Deputy Cultural and Media Director of the General Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Hormozgan Province added: The General Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Hormozgan, in cooperation with the ‘Koodak Kook’ Book Club, with the support of the General Department of Public Libraries of the province, Hormozgan Education, Bandar Abbas Municipality, Simorgh Skills Institute, Cheeko Book and Expression Institute, the Iranian History Association of Hormozgan, and ‘Asoo’ Internet Television are organizing this festival.

He, evaluating this festival positively and expressing hope for enthusiastic participation and reception from all age groups, stated: Interested individuals should carefully read the call for participation in the competition for more information.

Mirdadi concluded by stating: The winners will be honored in a magnificent ceremony attended by officials at the Hormozgan Book Fair, which will be held in late January at the permanent exhibition grounds of Bandar Abbas.

According to IBNA, interested individuals have the opportunity to write and illustrate their stories and prepare them as a book for submission by the end of December 15th (Azar 24th).
