First Head of Public Libraries of Bam and Safiabad County Appointed

According to the Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Bojnourd, Ali Akbar Tahmasbi, Head of the General Department of Public Libraries of North Khorasan Province, appointed Mohammadali Taghdiri-Far as the first head of the Public Libraries Department of Bam and Safiabad County by a decree.

This appointment is a continuation of the process of establishing administrative and cultural structures in the newly founded Bam and Safiabad County. The decree emphasizes planning for the development of library infrastructure, creating equitable access to cultural services, and strengthening activities promoting reading in this county.

After receiving the decree, Taghdiri-Far, while appreciating the trust of the Public Libraries Institution, emphasized efforts to establish a sustainable path for cultural development and expand library services during the first period of the county’s department activities.
