Books Should Record the Artistic Memory of Iranian Women
According to the correspondent of Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) in Isfahan, Pari Maleki stated at the introduction and review session of the book ‘The Sound of a Life’ written by Toka Maleki, held at Shahr-e Ketab Bahar Isfahan: For me, this title is not just the name of a book; rather, it is the summary of my life in music. I have lived with singing, breathed with it, and in moments when life fell silent, song brought me back to life.
She added: Singing has not been a profession for me, nor merely voice training; singing is a part of my identity. I have always said that if a woman wants to have a voice, she must first listen to herself. I practiced for years to hear my inner voice and then share it with my students.
