Satirical book ‘The Wormy History of the World’ published; A satirical history of the world’s bullies.

According to Mehr News reporter, the satirical book ‘The Wormy History of the World,’ written by Farzaneh Saniee, was published by Mik Publishers.

Mik Publishers wrote in the introduction of this book:

We have never heard anyone say, ‘Lucky that serial killer! He strangled twenty women and stole their gold, while we have to struggle to buy a single piece of gold.’ It has never happened that we’d say, ‘I wish we were that highway robber; his whole life is about stripping people naked and putting their possessions in his pocket.’ We don’t even for a moment wish we were that thief who, by climbing the wall of people’s houses in one night, can earn several months of our income.

Now, these are small-scale, petty thefts. We don’t even envy the stylish billionaire embezzlers and the kings of gold and coins. We don’t sigh for a life like theirs, and we don’t consider ourselves stupid or pathetic for not having the ‘guts’ to siphon off money like them. However, it has frequently happened, and we have heard from various people, that they say, ‘Lucky the Europeans! Look at the prosperity their people live in! How advanced and wealthy they are,’ and so on and so forth.

What is compiled in this book is meant to remind us that the Netherlands, France, Denmark, and Germany are not much different from that neighborhood bully you wouldn’t want to be, and perhaps even neighborhood bullies possess more integrity. All the contents of this book are factual, and many of them are recorded in European sources.
